Muddy’s Buddies 5K

September 29 @ 9:00 am - 11:30 am

Event Navigation

Muddy’s Buddies 5K Walk/Run is a dog-friendly event near and dear to our hearts. This 5K is held in memory of our dear friend Muddy – a lovable chocolate lab who was Rayne’s constant companion. If you’ve raced with us for many years, you likely remember seeing him at some of the races.

There are two divisions to this race ~ 2-legged (runner/walker without a dog) and 6-legged (runner/walker with a dog). The course is an out-and-back, so if you are bringing your best furry friend, please make sure that he/she is friendly as other dogs approach. For the safety of all involved, your dog must be up-to-date on his/her vaccinations to participate; however, we will not be asking for proof. They must also be leashed at all times.

We’ve teamed up with Passion 4 Paws, a local dog rescue organization to bring you this event. Please consider making a donation to this worthy group when you register.

Register by Sunday, September 16 to receive a free race t-shirt.
