Description of Event: Join us for our 3rd annual Olympic distance triathlon.  The top 10% in each age group qualify for USAT Age Group Nationals – Olympic distance race to be held in Burlington, Vermont in 2012. The swimming portion of our competition takes place at Oakledge Park, beginning at 7:30 a.m. The cycling course takes riders on a loop course through Burlington, South Burlington, Shelburne and Charlotte.  The race concludes with a run from Oakledge Park along the Burlington Waterfront on the Burlington bike path.  Register early to save your place in this year’s race!
Date/Time: September 11, 2011; 7:30 am
Distance: .9 mile swim, 25.4 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
Cost: Individuals:  $95 individuals (USAT members)/$105 (non-USAT members)
Teams:  $120 plus $10 for each non-USAT member on the team
Pre-registration for this event will close on September 7.  In order to receive a shirt with your registration (included in the cost), you must register no later than August 21, 2011.  Late registrations will be accepted until September 7 when pre-registration closes.  Race Day registration will be available for an additional $10.
