| Description of Event: | This Olympic Distance Triathlon was such a success in 2009, that we’ve decided to offer it again. The swimming portion of the competition takes place at North Beach, beginning at 8:00 a.m. The cycling course takes riders on a loop course down North Avenue and back on the beltline, so it will be flat and fast! The race concludes with a run from North Beach out the bike path and ending at Burlington High School. Register early to save your place in this year’s race! |

| Cost: | $75 individuals / $95 team of 2 or 3. Pre-registration for this event has closed. We WILL be open for registrations on Race Day. |

| Directions to Race: | Take exit 14W off I-89 to Burlington. Follow Main Street to Battery Street (at the bottom of the hill). Right onto Battery Street. Battery street will make you turn left onto North Avenue. Continue on North Avenue until you see Burlington High School (BHS) on your left. Turn left at BHS and follow this road to North Beach. |

| Refreshments: | Registration fee includes a post-race lunch by Starry Night Cafe. Extra meal tickets are available in advance for $10/adults and $5/children 12 and under). Additional lunch tickets must be purchased by September 5.Additional refreshments are provided by Coca-Cola. |

A brand new wetsuit will be given away in our post-race raffle this year! |
